
I tried turning down the population factor for mutants to 0.5 but that didn't really help much. However, the problem is that all these mutants spawning and getting killed in the same spot creates a massive pile of corpses which before long drops my framerate in Rostok to the single digits. What's a little more ammo wasted on mutants that didn't spawn where they should, right? Not breaking the flow of the game or anything.

Now, sh*tty as this is for a new character with poor equipment (and anyone who gives half a damn about not playing a broken game) I could kinda just deal with it. They were spawning -in- Rostok, right on top of everyone and causing havoc. A little later it became clear that the mutants weren't coming in from anywhere. At first I thought they were getting in through the entrances because the guards weren't doing their job. Each time I re-enter Rostok there is a group of various mutants (usually packs) right outside of the bar.
