I will take a first row to Dual-Weapon Mastery. Second row up to Riposte (relies on Cunning, where rest of the talents rely on strength.) I will proceed trough the third row of Dual Weapon talents, up to Momentum. Third is bugged out and fourth is quite pointless any way - you will get better benefit by using proper armors. In the mean time I will take two first assassin talents, when they are available. I focus on two rogue skills and stealth first. I honestly don't think that my method is the best for all, but I can describe how I build my Assassin.
